02 — The Experience

Hands-On From the Start

Build, shake, stir, and taste each brunch cocktail while learning balance, structure, and technique using fresh citrus and house-made syrups. No passive watching — every guest is behind the bar from the very first pour.

My favorite Boston experience thus far! I attended their new History of Brunch Craft Cocktails class and was so impressed by the history shared and cocktails we made. One of my favorites were the brioche French toast sticks paired with the yuzu thyme aperitif sour. I left with new recipes, new friends, and a need to come back soon. Definitely book this!

03 — Skill Building

Flavor & Technique

Balance acidity and sweetness for a well-rounded brunch cocktail
Enhance depth with modifiers, amaros, and bitters
Understand dilution and texture through proper technique
Control structure and presentation using clear ice

If you want a lively and fun evening out, I highly recommend attending a mixology class at DrinkMaster. You’ll explore all aspects of making a cocktail — spirits, sweeteners, juices, and bitters. Well organized, highly energized, fun, and very entertaining.

Bellini brunch cocktail class Boston DrinkMaster

I attended DrinkMaster’s newest craft cocktail class centered around brunch culture. We made 4 different brunch cocktails all paired with brunch food items. I highly recommend this class to drink making newbies or seasoned bartending professionals. It’s fun, interactive, and actually a good activity worth every penny. I look forward to going back soon.
